It was not clear that the parking was for the apartment's on the booking.com website but the staff did manage to resolve the issue on site

Fantastic apartment and the location is great but what makes this stay stand out is the fantastic staff the customer service you receive is exceptional nothing is too much trouble from the minute you check in they make you feel like a priority , we were offered an upgrade and customer care is something these guys could teach to a lot of other hotels thank you all so much for a 5 star stay

Nothing at all

The hosts were lovely & very helpful, spotless & clean, good decor. Restaurant & Bar area nice & modern. Breakfast was lovely, we had an evening meal 1 night, lovely traditional food, plenty of choice reasonably priced! Not far from Coniston, Windermere & Ambleside. Don't forget to go to the Beach, miles of sand, and it wasn't busy at all, especially being a BH weekend end of May! Head towards Walney Nature reserve over the bridge on to the island separated from mainland. A drive towards Roa Island along the coast is worth a trip, and don't forget the best ice cream, 2 fishermen told us about along our walk on the beach 'Tony's Ice cream' 30 flavours. A few miles along the coast past Roa Island, you can't miss it on the right by the beach, Bosun's Locker on Roa Island where the road finishes isn't much to look at, but the food was amazing & not very expensive for brunch & a coffee, before heading off along the coast for dessert Yum! :-) Glorius sunshine for 3 days magic :-) 1st visit after 15 years to Coniston, Windermere, Ambleside & William Wordsworth's House & Gardens CA13 9RX, FREE with National Trust Membership worth a visit guided Tour, best to book online if not a member! ENJOY :-)

There wasn't much not to like

clean and excellent service would come again most definitely

location right near shops and retail park , plenty of living space kitchen and bathroom well fitted out

Noisy from front door banging and traffic noise while in front room/ kitchen, we were on ground floor.
