Gott om plats inomhus, bra mörkläggning på rummet, bra ljudisolering från övriga huset, välstädat

En del bullerstörningar från motorvägen, fästen för rullgardins nederdel saknades, vilket orsakade störande ljud när pinnen slog mot fönsterkarmen när fönstret var öppet
