"Lovely place just needs new mattress in 318"

Lunch time really nice meal at the bar. Breakfast was also very nice... The bar staff again lovely spoke to us when we went in and throughout... Tram stop just over the road. Amazing view out the front of the sea we had the best weather..

Bed very uncomfortable think it needs a new mattress as you could feel the springs. I was very weary because I had to give my car keys in at reception so they could move my car if they needed to.

Good choice of breakfast selection. Close to the train station room comfortable and clean.

I didn't see many staff but the house keeping person was very nice and friendly and he serviced the room everyday we were there.

Food was excellent

Hot water for the shower took ten minutes to come thought and it was just a trickle not enough to take a shower 🙃 paid for a sea view but couldn't see out of the windows needs improvement

Proximity to the centre and the train station. Accessible with pram. Local travel links. Good variety of entertainment had a comedian on. Bar tender Anna was amazing with our little boy. Can leave your suitcases while you go out on day of check in and departure. Staff friendly.

The wheeling of suitcases at 6.30am. Unsupervised kids in games room. Our room was opposite couldn’t open the window because all you could smell was smoke and it was warm in the room. The beds were so hard, asked staff if anything could be done about it was offered a topper which didn’t make any difference at all was so uncomfy. The evening entertainment room was extremely warm with windows that didn’t open, needs a general upgrade/ lick of paint. Breakfast area where cereal and toast is needs more lighting.
