LA chambre et sa grande taille. la baignoire balnéo.

Les réponses inadaptées du personnel en cas de problème et les solution trouvées pour un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Effectivement suite a un problème de climatisation après deux demandes de solution de ma part non traitées, la personne de l'accueil visiblement agacée a finit par m'amener un ventilateur bruyant comme seule solution. je trouve ça très limite. je précise qu'il faisait 26 dans la chambre pour une température extérieur de 30. Rajoutez à cela pas un mot d'excuse le lendemain ou pas la moindre explication. Nous somme vraiment loin d'un 4 étoiles hormis le prix. Très mauvaise expérience
