I had to be treated medically afther walking through cigarette smokers constantly at all entrances. Cigarette butter everywhere I am a non smoker..very allergic to cigarettes,cigars,nicotine,vaping..I stay at other of your facilities never experienced activesmoking in doorways and entrances that people walk through .I am a hilyon honors.Was not able to book via hilton.Thanks for mov ing me to Ogden

The only highlight was breakfast. It was great, but they kept running out of basic things, like syrup and single serve milks, and they were not replaced after multiple days.

I have stayed at other locations and loved them, but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and in fact, I will actively discourage people from staying here. We were treated like complete trash here and I am still just stunned that this was our experience as paying customers. My family was unexpectedly displaced from our home and we just stayed here for nearly a week. Things have been very, very stressful for us and exceptionally difficult for our kids and our dog. A friend of mine paid for our first night here using her Hilton rewards points, and then a family member paid for an additional five nights. There was a gap between check-out time and my family member calling to pay, but I communicated this MULTIPLE times with the front desk staff, Hannah. Seriously, every 15-20 minutes, I had an update. Hannah acted very understanding and patient, but after a little while, I had two other staff members banging on our door telling us to pay now or get all of our stuff out of the room ASAP. This unnecessarily scared me and my kids, and even though I told the woman at our door (she never identified herself) how hard a time we'd been having and how my family member was DEFINITELY calling soon to pay, all I got was rude disbelief and condescension. I spoke with the family member after that and within five minutes, our room was paid and the front desk called our room to let us know. No apologies or anything. However, they did proceed to inactivate our keys, so we had to go downstairs to get new ones, and we were then informed that we needed to give them a card and pay a $30/night incidentals hold fee. And no, they could not just release any of the funds from previous nights, we had to pay for each night and then it would be returned to us after checkout. We didn't have that much to pay all at once, so we ended up doing $30 each day and having to get new keys programmed daily at the front desk.

Every day we didn't pay before checkout time, they were quick to remind us or have housekeeping do so. It felt like after this, we were the talk of the hotel staff and we were treated poorly by nearly everyone who worked there for the rest of our stay. One night, we decided to use the grill outside and came in to ask the front desk to use a few of their disposable plates. Since they serve breakfast, we knew they had them, but the staff member told us they couldn't give them out and she didn't know where they were anyway. I told her I knew, and then before I could get there, she walked right over to where the plates were. I don't get why this could possibly be a problem for them. Would they have rather we taken the breakable plates from our room out there? This hotel is supposed to be an extended stay place that provides for things like this. If they are going to provide a grill for guest use, along with grilling utensils, shouldn't they maybe provide something for guests to eat off of? And really, it was FOUR plates. That's it. I also asked for extra l pillows at the front desk the second night and was told they didn't have any downstairs and I'd have to wait for housekeeping to bring them the next day since there were only pillows upstairs and the front desk couldn't get them. We did not get them from housekeeping the next day. The day after, I ran into housekeeping and asked for pillows, and they told me I had to get them at the front desk! So, 4 days into our stay, we finally got pillows...from the front desk. 🤦‍♀️ We checked out today. Stripped all the beds, piled all the dirty linens in one spot, cleared out all the garbage and everything from all the different areas. We didn't have a vacuum available so we couldn't do that but we left no stains, no broken furniture, no huge messes. We waited all day for the incidental hold to be released. We are between houses, and we need that money! Finally, we called this afternoon and found out they are charging us a $175 cleaning fee?!?! I have no clue what they think we did to that room but I promise, we left it the way we found it, minus an unvacuumed floor. I'm really disappointed but not at all surprised. The staff here had it out for us for our entire stay and I should have known they were going to pull this. The only highlight was breakfast. My family has been through, and is still going through, absolute hell this summer, and the staff at this hotel made it even worse. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that people willingly choose to treat other human beings this way. Do not stay at this hotel. There are way better options literally anywhere but here.

Parking isnt the greatest, other than that its a great place to stay! Staff was great and checked in on us several times. Very friendly! Breakfast was pretty standard- zero complaints!

Our stay was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean, too. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was amazing, especially Hannah. 😊
