Uludag Free Shuttle Service in Winter Season: *Semester Term (All days of the week between 20.01.2024 and 03.02.2024) *Winter Term (10.02.2024 - 30.03.2024 between Friday-Saturday) *There is a free shuttle service to Uludag Ski Center. *The shuttle departs in front of the hotel at 10:00 and receives guests from the hotels area at 17:00 on the same day. *NOTE: Guests must make a reservation for the shuttle 1 day in advance. Please note that reservation is required for massage and hammam facilities. Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the pool area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Kamerprijs niet waaard en zeker geen 5 sterren service!"

Geen valet service om de auto weg te zetten. We mochten de koffers zelf naar onze kamer dragen. TOTAAL Geen welkomst gevoel. Douche verstopt, stang los, verouderd. Alle meubilair zwaar gedateerd, gordijnen stuk en overal kalk aanslag. Schandelijk om deze prijs te vragen en jezelf 5 sterren te geven. Na 2 uurtjes besloten om een ander hotel te zoeken. We werden niet eens gevraagd waarom we weggaan (!). En gedeeltelijke restitutie nihil.

Court séjour agréable, Spa sympa, fermé à plusieurs interludes lors de notre court séjour. Les mauvaises langues diront que c’est juste de l’eau chaude… Attention, à l’entré du spa, le personne joue sa partition en vous disant que votre dress code n’est pas adapté au Spa juste pour vous vendre des shorts chers et de qualité très standard, ne vous faites pas avoir. La salle de sport propre et fonctionnelle, il faudrait peut-être ajouter une fontaine d’eau fraiche. Literie des chambres confortables. Petit déjeuner buffet sans plus, répétitif pour un 5 étoiles… un peu galvaudées à mon gout, mais bon, d’autre trouveront peut être que ça les vaut, au moins pour justifier le tarif prohibitif des chambres…

Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber. Der Welnessbereich ist auf dem höchsten Standard. Ein Erlebnis ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Zu loben ist auch das Personal, das sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles 100% im positiven Sinne.
