الغرف صغيرة جدا جدا جدا - والحمام الباب سحاب ، وهناك ازعاج من المطعام اسفل الفندق - والمصاعد صغيرة جدا جدا - والجيم وحمام السباحة مشتركة ولاتوجد خصوصية - الموظفون اسلوبهم عادي جدا ولم نحس بالتقدير من قبلهم

Понравилось душевное отношение персонала. Незамедлительно откликались на все просьбы и решали все возникающие вопросы. Хочется отметить богатый разнообразный завтрак.

Вода, по моему мнению, в термальном бассейне сильно горячая. Не всем по состоянию здоровья подходит горячая вода 40 градусов. Один из бассейнов можно было бы делать хотя бы на уровне 35 или 36 градусов.

If you have a phenomenal receptionist , especially a lady Beyza Keskin who is always there to help the guest , you don't need anything better. Thank you and we will recommend you to our friends.

We felt the hotel was average, location great with respect to the view but was far removed from restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was lovely. Most dissapointing was Mumm restaurant - very ordinary menu and even more ordinary quality food. We ordered a cheese/sharing plate entree - the worst hommus Ive ever eaten and 3 tiny pieces of cheese. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and received 90% ice-berg lettuce, a handful of pieces of sun-dried tomato and 4 thin pieces of chicken. It was meant to contain parmesan but it wasn't in there, I asked them to provide it. For a restaurant that presents itself as a la carte, that was the worst quality caesar salad I have ever eaten, not even accounting for the price. My husband ordered a chicken snitzel, very ordinary size and taste. Very dissapointing.
