Valley Oaks Inn Woodland

When I got there the thermostat was broken the TV was broken and then microwave was broken. But the manager replaced and fixed everything within 30 minutes so in the end it was all good. I needed a mouse for my laptop and they loaned me one which was very nice of them.

The man that checked me in was really polite and professional. Room was clean and spacious.

Me and my wife have stayed at this motel 3 or 4 times and we will every rime we come to woodland. We've paid between $72-$82 and the rooms r great. Its apmost lime a quaint littls studio appartment. We call it our home away from home. I would recomend this motel to any1 staying n that area.

Large clean room. Nice people at the office check in.

The one an only thing was the shower didn't have hot water.. The bathroom had hot water only in the sink.

The property is close to family and very convenient. It’s right off the freeway but you don’t hear the noise in the rooms.

I was a little disappointed when we found out they don’t have breakfast anymore

had homeless walking around and microwave didnt work had the coffee maker in bathroom

The air conditioner was noisy and the refrigerator hummed, but that seems to happen almost everywhere.

They don’t have a pool even though past photos show a pool. I wasn’t there for the pool so it didn’t matter that much to me.
