Staff was pleasant enough, large room but not very clean. Horribly stained carpet and still using a actual key fo door. Not very secure. Outside door into hall not locked.

Pool was dirty. Green water bugs and hair floating in it. Hallways smelled and looked run down. No security on entrances. Open to anyone. We did not sleep there felt uncleaned. Would not recommend this place to anyone

My mom liked that there was a restaurant connected to the hotel. Dino's has some good food, the only thing is it gets loud when you have an abundance of people. We had a problem in Room 144. The A/C wasn't working correctly and the manager, Bridget was able to put us in Room 142 where there was a workable A/C and we were comfortable after that. She was an amazing person.

"Ridge Hotel a good place to stay"

The Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had a great location with in walking distance of dinning and shopping Over all and good place to stay.
