Checking was terrible had to wait an hour for a room when we got to the room it was still not ready extra bed came after an hour shower place too slippery I almost fell had to call house keeping for a mat no toiletry was there I had to call house keeping staff was not friendly their service too slow it's like they don't care compare to the other hotels I book this was my worse ones the blanket was like hospital blanket no toilet paper I had to call then wait for 20mins after 4 times calling them one tiny soap after calling them so I say a zero too house keeping ad to front staff at reception try to smile be more friendly to the guest. Sorry to say but this is my experience and I won't book with this hotel again aircon we can not handle rooms was not as satisfying as we thought it would be. Thanks Leanne Naidoo
