Location and staff were fine.

Our room was overall very poor. There were broken tiles in the bathroom floor, a very poorly ‘fixed’ step in the shower that actually fell off while the shower was in use. There was evidence of a leak/broken part of the wall above the door in the bathroom. Paint splatters all around the bathroom. And overall a slight smell of urine in the bathroom and poor smell as soon as we entered the room. Very dissatisfying.

Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Mattress was clearly messed up, felt like 2 skinny twins pushed together. The middle was very noticeable. Wallpaper pealing everywhere. Room service was skipped. Front desk was not helpful, barely looked up from their cells. Smelled very musty. Bathtub is deep enough for a 2 year old.

The pool is closed for private swimming three days a week They do not offer housekeeping services on multiple days because according to the front desk, "we're very short staffed" The building is so loud you can hear everyone and their TV next-door people walking above us all night. This should be more like a super cheap budget hotel.
