"Pathetic hotel.....claim too be 3* but not even 1*"

First of all this is not even a one star hotel. This does not have secured parking too. We were to stay in standard room even when we paid for deluxe room. TV remotes were not working. You will need to call reception to start everything like flush water, geyser for hot water, mosquito repellent. Everything means everything. In name of toilettaries only small soap was made available. No shampoo and moisturizer. Buckets in bathroom were broken and dirty too. Had it been a refundable booking I would not even entered this hotel. Hotel manager was also very rude and did not consider that we are two families traveling with small kids to arrange for proper rooms.
