Localização muito boa, cama confortável, ótima qualidade das toalhas e funcionários super atenciosos. O hotel também oferece boas sugestões de passeio.

O café da manhã tem poucas opções e a internet funciona precariamente no quarto. Choveu nos dias em que estivemos em Paraty e a água entrou pela janela (fechada), molhando o piso localizado no ambiente onde estava a cama.

Minha experiência na Pousada Porto Imperial foi maravilhosa! Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, educados e sempre prontos para ajudar — aquele atendimento que faz a gente se sentir realmente bem-vinda. O café da manhã é completo, variado e muito bem servido. Tudo fresco e preparado com capricho. A localização é um grande destaque: praticamente na entrada do Centro Histórico, o que facilita muito para passear a pé e aproveitar o melhor da cidade. A fachada é simples e discreta, mas ao entrar somos surpreendidos por um ambiente elegante e cheio de charme colonial. Uma combinação perfeita entre sofisticação e acolhimento. Estou muito feliz com a escolha da pousada e, sem dúvida, voltaria novamente!
