American Inn Hotel & Suites Delicias

Habia muchos mosquitos en la habitación, también olía muy feo el baño a dremaje y había 2 pequeñas cucarachas. Requiere fumigación. La cama en la reservación mencionaba que era tañamo Queen y realmente era matrimonial. Estaba muy reducida para se tamaño queen

La habitación muy limpia y agradable, tiene todo lo que se necesita. La limpieza de la alberca muy mala, se encontraba sucia y no se veía que fueran a limpiarla.

Esta muy buen el hotel, las instalaciones muy limpias, yo mejoraria la comida el almuerzo

The Room was kind of ok,But No hot Water, TV and Cable were Not Working, front desk never went to check it!, breakfast, they had No plates,No tortillas, Orange juice, was like a cool Aide.😔😌

I this hotel last minute for 1 night stay this November 2022. The reservation was under Maria Mercedes. The area, hotel and room were decently clean and comfortable, it served the purpose. However I had a terrible experience with the staff. When i completed my stay, I left behind an expensive and beautiful female winter down coat. I called the hotel asking if they could please find it and ask to hold it for Me to pick up later. I spoke with front staff Rosma. She was attentive and promise she would called me back to update me. I waited and waited and never receive a call back. I called again several hours later and Rosma answered. I asked her again about the missing coat, and she simply said ‘no one saw your coat. No missing coat has been found’. I asked her to please ask the employees again, and she said that there was no point because no one has seeing the coat in question. She stated even the floor manager and supervisor have not seen anything. Rosma, obviously didn’t care and she did nothing to really help. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE COAT WAS FOUND AND SOMEONE KEPT IT and the staff didn’t nothing about it. WHAT A SHAME! If you do ended up staying here, be aware and make sure that you take all of your belongings when you leave, because other wise you will not get them back! WHAT A SHAME!
