"Poor customer relationships and management"

My stay was completely ruined. Front desk to my initial deposit On my credit which was fine. A front desk member checked me out by mistake and then ran another security hold on my credit card without telling me this put my card over the limit. My family and I were unable to use the card the rest of the weekend. The explanation to me was it will take 3 to 5 business days for me to see the reversal . Why me being the guest should my family be inconvenienced because of someone else’s mistake No one from front office bothered to contact me and try to resolve this situation Poor management and customer relations
