Trevlig personal, fina lokaler, trevligt läge och frukost.

Positivt med en liten promenad till huvudbyggnaden på morgonen vid frukost men kan också ses lite som en nackdel för vissa.

"Mycket bra ändå skulle jag säga, rummet var dock väldigt litet, men vi skulle bara vara en natt."

God frukost, men inte jättestort utbud. Jättefin personal i receptionen på natten när vi anlände väldigt sent och även på morgonen när vi kom och fick lite extra tid på oss att checka ut eftersom vi behövde åka iväg på morgonen tidigt och lämna en bil på service, ta bussen och komma tillbaka till frukost, och sen hinna göra oss iordning med för dagens uppdrag. Så toppbetyg till de som jobbade i receptionen.

En av personalen som jobbade på frukosten var inte supertrevlig mot en kund (äldre dam) som frågade vart kaffet var sa hon som vi uppfattade som mycket "snorkigt" och arrogant: "turn around 180 degrees and look around" (kaffestationen låg bakom kunden längre ner till höger, och det va inte superlätt kanske att förstå tycker vi heller. Det va långt ifrån den standard man förväntar sig av personal på ett hotell. Man är trevlig, hjälper och visar kunden med ett leende till kaffestationen. Vi har själv jobbat och jobbar i dagsläget mycket inom kundvård och det va inte ett trevligt sätt ansåg jag och min kollega. Så kanske bra att utbilda all personal i hur viktigt det är med kundvård och hur man uttrycker sig. Andra lyssnar med som är i lokalerna.

Fin frukost

Sängarna var usla, sov ingenting. De var alldeles för mjuka , kändes som en hängmatta. Så fort man rörde sig så stördes den som låg bredvid.
