De locatie is erg mooi en het personeel was ook erg behulpzaam. Je zit dichtbij de plaats Goreme (luchtballon).

Geen airco, jacuzzi die lekt en douche waardoor de hele badkamer zijknat was. Zwembad was niet schoon (deze was groen) door onderhoud. Zwembaden waren erg klein. We waren een vriendengroep van 24 personen en hebben gegeten in het restaurant. De prijzen zijn abnormaal duur (duurder dan Europa) en je moet service kosten betalen. Dit was 10% van je rekening.

Dirty, no wifi and very difficult to drive to

Beautiful property with excellent views. Nice having a pool but it was green in places in very cold. Rooms were warm without air conditioning

A cama era boa, o banheiro grande e ducha boa. Nosso quarto ficou no penúltimo andar, tinha elevador. Como o hotel era grande, os funcionários levaram as malas. Restaurante com uma pizza boa. Não fizemos massagem e itens adicionais no hotel.

Café da manhã para o padrão do hotel era fraco. Só tinha um tipo de suco muito fraco, quase sem opção de frutas. No 1o.dia , a salada de frutas acabou e não reporam, 2o. dia só tinha melancia e acabou o iogurte, não reporam, 3o. dia sem frutas. Quarto sem ar condicionado, somente um ventilador de pé para o quarto com 2 ambientes ( era triplo). Wifi não pega no quarto, tem que ir para o lado de fora, áreas externas. Piscina pequena.

Yunak Evleri is in an excellent location right in the heart of Ürgüp. It’s not the easiest place to find at first — there’s a sign off the main road, but the cobbled street leading to the hotel looks almost too narrow for a car. Rest assured, it is accessible, and the hotel offers excellent valet service to assist with parking and retrieving your vehicle. Check-in was smooth, and we loved the traditional touch of the room keys — each with a weighty, logo-engraved keychain that added a sense of charm and quality. Our room was spacious and well-appointed: the bathroom was nearly as large as the main living area and included both a shower and a jacuzzi tub, plus a bench just outside for sitting in the sun. The bedroom itself was huge and featured a raised lounge area, perfect for children. The room felt very secure, and while there’s central heating for the colder months, fans are provided for the summer — helpful, as the rooms can get warm at night. The hotel has two swimming pools: a shaded cave-style pool that stays cooler, and a standard outdoor pool with 1.4m depth. There’s also a small children’s pool, and towels are provided free of charge. Communication was excellent throughout. Shortly after booking, the hotel contacted us via WhatsApp to check if we had any special requests and to offer discounts for local tours and hot air balloon rides. Although we had already booked our balloon trip via Viator, it was good to know that the balloon shuttle buses do collect guests from Ürgüp, even as early as 4:30am, at no extra cost. Despite these early starts, the hotel remains peaceful and serene — and the whole property is absolutely beautiful, especially at night when the stone buildings and surrounding area are lit up. We highly recommend dining at Logarto, just a 4-minute walk away. It offers excellent food and stunning views of the valley — a perfect way to end the day.
