Très bien situé dans Woodstock. Par contre, en trois nuits, aucune fois la chambre a été remis à l'ordre, pas de changement de serviette, aucune visite. L'endroit pour faire nos toasts est pas bien entretenue, aucun personnel sur place pour ajouter ce qui manque. Muffins anglais et bagel très dure, ils sont là depuis plusieurs jours certainement.

Area of hotel, poorly situated d/t # of scary street people passing through the area; one of them actually came into the hotel lobby…I did not feel safe! Poor lighting in room, had to ask for a 2nd bedside lamp to be able to read (no ceiling light in main area). Dark and dated. Terrible slope up going into bathroom, (one tile not flush with the rest of floor) tripping hazard!…carpet stains, only one chair. Only day they had boiled eggs at breakfast, they claimed that someone came early and took “all” available eggs and once they are gone there are no replacements :( no yogurt or fruit available…orange juice watered down Never again!!!

Room was filthy bedding was stained pillows were stained. Carpet was stained. Booked it online for two nights and unable to cancel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
