Older room but not bad, can hear the high way

Didn’t have me as registered. Called them previously to confirm, and they said I was a different person. Arrived to check in and that other person they said I was had already checked in. Bats and birds were everywhere. Inconvenient stairwell placements. Food was horrible. Unfriendly staff. Cramped. Aesthetics seemed dirty and an eye sore

You should know that this hotel is right next to I-40. This was convenient, but also louder than expected at night. The property is old, but updated, well-maintained, clean, with comfortable beds. For my purposes, I would likely stay here again. I wanted to be close to the Petrified National Forest, and it was.

If we were to stay here again, we’d bring earplugs to wear at night. Like many have pointed out in their reviews, the hotel sits along a busy highway and its very noisy. It would be nice if they invested in nose barrier materials. The breakfast was a non starter for us and the sink looked like it hadn’t been clean as there was hair in the sink.

Navajo employees were very nice to give updates on nearby fire.

Always friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Easy to locate and good place to rest your boots at and sheets were clean. 🙌

Hotel room was bare bones, but clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Choose this hotel due to its proximity to the Petrified Forest National Park. Don't expect any fancy.
