shower is not hot

The Hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was always clean and the breakfast was good

Room was great. But the bathroom was terrible. No bidet at first but they moved me to a room with one. Then no hot water in the sink. Shaving was not fun. Yeah, I know I am spoiled. The racket from the old air conditioner kept waking us up, and again they changed me to a different room to accommodate my issue. The staff was excellent, the restaurant and breakfast was good.

Small bed and pillows are not fluffy

Stay was comfortable and good. Tha breakfast was sumptous.

When you take a shower, water splash into the floor, making slippery when you get out of the shower. And also the towels are old, or not thoroughly washed coz I have itches after using it. however, it's very close to the mall where you can dine and shop. but the hotel needs proper maintenance.

Stay if budget is the only consideration.

Rated at 3 star but service and facilities should be rated at 1 star.

Check in was a little slow, don't know how their system is integrated with Expedia, but it took a while to get us in the room.... the breakfast buffet staff was just standing around though, not really waiting on the guests.
