A hidden gem in this dynamic city. Excellent food service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Roof top swimming pool.and only a 3 minute walk to Alaya Mall. Not easy to find, tucked away on a side street (Apitong) ( name of a Phillipine hardwood used for industrial floors!) Very popular for wedding receptions.... Not a tourist hotel!

Location wise very perfect if you are a mall goer...just 3 minutes walk to Ayala Center Cebu..Their room rates already includes bufffet breakfast for 2, rooms are clean . Front office staff are very helpful..

comfortable though old hotel; good thing is they accommodated my request when my family requested transfer to another room; needs renovation and repair (esp. plumbing due to odor coming out of pipes) to update it.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The shower is terrible but I just didn't have time to change room 'coz some of family coming over. The front desk its not helpful. The location is good, walking distance to the Ayala Mall.

they have a good view of the swimming pool at the rooftop. But they gave me a bedroom with a bad shower. The water pressure was very slow. The cleanliness was ok and the location is good, walking distance to the Ayala Mall.

It was ok but overpriced in my view. Albeit we had the two double bed rooms.

Pretty straight forward hotel. Clean with good location. Near Ayala Mall which is a good thing. Breakfast is above average with wide array of selection. Good to stay if you are not planning to stay longer.

The room is relatively clean. The bathroom is very white. I thought I was in the kitchen. All lights were white-both bedroom and bathroom . The housekeeping needs improvement. We asked for water but never came. The location is very good if you want to be within walking distance of the malls and a very good hairstylist, next door!
