Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport

Location, at FRANKFURT airport

No AC, my godmother fell sick due to the heat and the ac not working properly. I am still waiting to be contact from Hilton about it

É um hotel situado dentro do aeroporto, muito confortável, ótimo banho, cama macia, café da manhã farto e gostoso. Foi uma excelente opção para nós, que iríamos nos deslocar de carro, no dia seguinte para a rota romântica

The property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and good size. The man who gave me a drop off ticket to hold my dog’s travel crate was very helpful and kind.

1.The property is located at the furthest possible point of the airport on a second level. If you have a lot of luggage and are tired I would choose a closer option. 2. They advertise as dog friendly but there is absolutely no where to walk your dog except in a parking garage or where taxis pick you up at the departure area. They told me there is a green area of the airport. Asked multiple people in the airport who confirmed that this doesn’t exist. I checked as well. Dragged my dog all over. Finally just took her to an area where uber drivers do pickup. 3. The main reason I would never stay there is due to the customer service. -When I called to check on my booking they told me I had no reservation and were about to hang up on me. I was clearly concerned and the woman on the other end could have cared less. I asked them to switch the order of my names and the issue was solved. I had to escalate this matter to a manager or they would have hung up on me. 2. They charged me twice for my dog. A mistake I only caught when I checked my card. When I brought this to their attention they told me they would remove it. Almost 2 1/2 weeks later it wasn’t removed. I had to contact them again about this issue. They told me accounting would deal with this issue. While the issue was fixed I never heard back from accounting and needed to send 2 emails to see what was the status of the issue. That’s not how you treat customers.

felt old, very noisy doors and thin walls which was disturbing when in bed, gym was poor and super hot, little aircon, breakfast basic, not much healthy options.
