The location

The hotel accused me of stealing a towel that was missing in the room and charged me for it. I never took a towel out of the room, and housekeeping had free access to my room (BTW, they even entered when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on). On my way from the ferry to the hotel, I shared a taxi with two tourists, one French and one German. When one of them found out I was staying at this hotel, she said, “I wanted to book there too, but I was told they cause problems with the deposit.” In addition, my favorite swimsuit disappeared, as well as a pillowcase that I had brought from home. And somehow, in the end, I was the one who got charged for theft… 😕 I’d also like to point out that the two women at the reception desk were extremely rude to me. They laughed at me in front of my face while talking to each other and treated me with a great deal of disrespect. This is not the kind of experience I received from anywhere else or from any other service provider on the amazing island of Koh Phangan. I was genuinely surprised by their behavior. Very disappointing.

staffs tried to charge for a towel that was picked up by beach side staff...it was such an unpleasant experience..the staff were plain bloody rude..

Dicht bij het strand, we hadden huisje 303. 10 seconden lopen en je stond op het mooie strand.

Ietwat gedateerd. Maar heeft niet van vakantie plezier weggenomen.
