"Great stay at the Hewitt-Wellington, Spring Lake"

This Hotel located two blocks from the ocean is beautiful, welcoming and very comfortable. Large victorian porch with rocking chairs. I only stayed one night but had a beautiful room with TV, fridge, free WiFi and toiletries with a very large modern bathroom with a tub. I also had a complimentary Continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs, yogurts, bagels, juice, fresh fruit, coffee, teas, muffins, pound cakes, cereals, etc.). Toaster onsite.No elevator, but I didn't have a problem getting up the stairs to the 3rd floor with a view of the lovely heated pool. Parking onsite. Everything was perfect. Lovely Desk Staff. Would stay there again.

"Gorgeous beach time after labor day"

Very nice place to stay in a lovely peaceful town. 2 blocks to the beach and a heated outdoor pool!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our weekend. Only a few blocks off the beach with incredible views in every direction. The staff was friendly and the restaurant on site was perfect.

"Cozy hotel"

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel. The room on the third floor was quiet and spacious. There is a lovely porch with a lake view and the beach is only a couple blocks away. We picked this hotel because there is a pool and it was not crowded. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was average. We will be visiting again.

"Location was ok….still had to drive the car to the beach to carry items"

Nice looking on the outside but room 26 needs to remove the couch and carpeting. Very old and dirty.

Breakfast was lacking…..fruits were 6 grapes and a strawberry in a cereal bowl.

"Staying in history."

The Hewitt Wellington is a fabulous place to stay! Close to the Jersey Shore, walking distance to downtown Spring Lake, and extremely comfortable and inviting. The rooms were spotless, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The history of the area is encapsulated in the hotel and hugs you as soon as you walk through the door. "A great get away"

Love this place. We have been staying there for the last 6 years fir 2to 3 stays per. Homecaway from home. Jodi is awesome , does everything possible to accommodate our wushes
