"Charming, historic, quiet hidden gem"

Vila Herencia is a wonderful place to stay in Old San Juan. It is very close to everything, but with the advantage of Being located on a quiet side street. No bars, no loud partying. This little hotel has so much authentic charm!

The location is fabulous, close to the cathedral and great restaurants. We really enjoyed walking all around Old San Juan. We enjoyed being on the top floor with the patio and hot tub right there.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and spent many years of my life in Old San Juan. I went back to spend time in Old San Juan and chose the Villa Herencia for its location and charm. It felt like home. The furniture, simple but elegant environment, with a lot of old city history. The staff was kind and helpful. Very down to earth professional people. I love this place.
