Excellent king size bed, plenty of space and nice central location

Bathroom needs an update

Location is perfect- super close to Rundle Mall, Central Markets and very walkable to Adelaide Oval. Room was large, bed comfy, great space and utility for luggage, hanging clothes. Bathroom could do with an update - everything functions just a little dated, with small maintenance need in the toilet (which id apparently scheduled). The kitchenette has kettle, toaster, microwave and small cooking availability. Fridge of course. Complimentary tea,coffee, sugar. Also an iron and ironing board. Staff friendly and helpful.

TV is dated by today’s standards and we found the remote to be a bit frustrating- it probably needs new batteries, but overall the TV should be upgraded. Parking is difficult in Adelaide- full stop! Separate parking stations is what you find, and in this case, it was very close but not close enough to be unloading a heap of luggage to take to the apartment. They utilise a loading zone at rear of property which works, but it’s currently a construction zone for neighbouring buildings. We arrived in the afternoon and juggled entry/exit with workers just fine. Departed at 7am on a Monday, and only had to wait a couple minutes for garbage truck to leave, so all fine.

A down town location, mini suite & helpful staff. The kitchen was a bonus right down to the hot chocolate

Shower needed a proper clean & shower head needed serious maintenance

Very nice apartment for 2 couples. Spacious apartment. Nice comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen. Great location in the city.

The shower cubicle could probably do with regrouting as it was a bit black in the grout...

We love staying here. Staff are great and helpful. Great position

No problems encountered.

This was our first visit to Adelaide and it was the perfect location for our week's stay. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The Nespresso machine was a nice surprise and we were able to buy our preferred pods at the nearby nespresso boutique. We did hear the traffic til late at night but we expected that given the central location. Importantly though, there was no neighbour noise from other rooms. We used the pay to use WMs and dryers in the laundry room. There’s a vending machine with detergent or you can BYO. Overall, we both agreed we’d be happy to stay here again. And as an added bonus our room overlooking King William St gave a lovely sunset view across the city each evening.

The bathroom and spa is amazing

No balcony

Really liked the location, possibly the best in the CBD to access everything the CBD has on foot. The bathroom was large and exceptional.

1. Room daily serving was of a poor standard, no top up of coffee pods, dishes and benches not wiped. 2. Spare blanket was old and smelled. Did not get replaced by house keeping. 3. 80% of the furniture was run down, split tops, cracks and stains etc. 4. Views limited. 5. No hotel information or booklet. Had to ask what floor lundary was on etc. 6. No telephone in room to connect with hotel staff. Required taking lift to ground floor to ask a question.
