Demeure Loredana

My boyfriend and I decided to stay in Saint Florent for the night and found this charming boutique hotel. It could not have been more perfect! The staff were so polite, informative, helpful and impeccably dressed. I met the owner at check-in and again at my departure. What a gem and how kind she was to help me send a few postcards back to friends and family. She clearly cares deeply about the hotel and it shows in all aspects -- design (fascinating antique pieces on display!), aesthetics, amenities, service and cleanliness. I HIGHLY recommend staying a few nights here and don't miss a few cocktails in the lounge area after a night out!

If you absolutely have to find something to complain about during your visit at Demeure Loredana it would possible be the fact that you do not want to leave. Thats good enough for us ;-)

C'est la 3ème année que vous venons à la Demeure Loredana, et le plaisir est toujours intact. Accueil parfait et personnalisé, équipe attentionnée, discrète et à votre écoute. Les chambres ont chacune leur propre décoration, et un balcon face au Golfe de Saint Florent. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et installés sur votre balcon à la demande.Grande piscine face au Golfe, 2ème piscine intérieure et hammam: tout n'est que confort, luxe et détente!

Cet hôtel et magnifique avec une vue époustouflante.Les chambres sont très soignées et propres, avec une literie de grand confort. .l'accueil est irréprochable et chaleureux.

The hotel is very nice, and the service is impeccable. Rooms are of a good size and beautifully appointed. But given that it is located a little on the outskirts of St. Florent (nothing serious, it takes 15 minutes to walk) and on the "wrong" side of the road, with a little pool (which "infinity" effect is basically negated by the big hedge put up just in front of it to protect against the sometimes strong wind). It seems a little overpriced. And that at the price, breakfast is not included, that's a little annoying. But, these are niggles, and do not take away the fact that the hotel is very good and we had a very pleasent stay.

Super - personnel parfait, très gentil. Vue magnifique de la mer depuis la chambre mais malheureusement la plage elle-même n’est pas très beau. Par contre très bien situé pour faire la marche sur le littoral vers les belles plages du Loto et Sallecia. Chambre très confortable. Pas une faute de l’hotel.

Lovely hotel with great personalised service. Others have mentioned the lack of a bar and restaurant and the pool is not heated but none of that is a problem if you know in advance and are prepared. Breakfast is extraordinary and worth the money if you are hungry !! Classy establishment perfect for a special stay.

We had three relaxing nights here, the management and staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and charming, as were the public areas. It was not cheap, but good value for money . However prices for this - and, I gather, everywhere else in Corsica, go through the roof in July/August, so be warned! May - June are the best times to visit, in my opinion, as the weather is pleasantly warm, and the place isn't crawling with tourists.
