The bunk room was TINY, the other two queen rooms were a good size.

There was no phone in the room to call receptions, I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel and not had a way to call reception. There was no ice available for the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned. For the huge price paid, there was no service. The parking is a debacle.

location relative to transport and food store was good.

Location was bad for the noise of the snow making machines overnight. Room was poorly equipped for cutlery and plates and no milk and no welcome pack. TV wifi continually paused due to bad wifi making movies or music videos unwatchable Price was ridiculous for value for money. We usually stay at Frueauf 5 coffee pods in total and no replacement supplies over the 5 days

The resort was very clean comfortable and very warm throughout. The restaurants were excellent and was very easy to get a table even without a booking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and luxury.

The restaurant menu was a little basic and more options would be welcomed. A little more variety would be great for guests wanting something more than what was on the basic menu.

The faculties were good - pool, sauna and steam room. ski lockups we’re good as well.

An amazing location so very close to a central lift but with that came lots of noise from the pub downstairs when you wanted to chill after a day on the slopes. Unreliable wifi prohibited streaming anything on TV and requests to staff for assistance always received the same response ‘I’ll phone the manager and call you back’ rather than a resolution. Disappointing experience given the price.
