St Falls Resort

Out of season so didn't see any staff. Everything worked so great, great views, enjoyed the spa, but it makes too much noise overnight, turned it off at the switchboard and suggested my neighbour do the same.

For $1000 a night this 3 bedroom suite was much less than we had expected. A view of mountains was challenged by the very large car park two floors below and the walls and windows of the adjoining building a few metres away, including a view straight into a bedroom and a bathroom. The room is tired, presumably due for a refurbish. Cold, until we found a thermostat inside the fuse box; no instructions. We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions in the past decade, and it is just not what it once was.

Nil security, anyone can enter the complex, and poor service from staff

Convenience

Ned a bit more lightning inside the apartment. A bit dark.

Kitchen space a little tight. Other units had an island bench.

Great amazing central position. But be warned the music plays all day can be tiresome. But does shut off not too late. The spa was amazing and super hot. Lacking in privacy but still great. Clean neat well looked after. Would stay again.

There was no breakfast!

The shotty dining table (W305) with all chips and chunks missing. St.Falls could easily buy another table. I requested a room with a mountain view months ago. Also the building itself needs maintenance ASAP looking very shabby and you guys still want $1425 night for a room! If one’s staying at the Park Hyatt on Sydney Habour for $200 cheaper we would have breakfast, all in house shampoo/ lotions, bathrobes and slippers!
