Rooms were excellent, location excellent. Loved the spa on balcony

The pool was cold and the tiles around the pool very slippery

location was amazing. it made skiing so much more enjoyable for our family because we weren’t lugging things from accomm to lift.

Location was fantastic.

Property was very basic. No decor on the walls, lacked basics like tissues, only 2 coffee pods provided etc. For $1k a night that isn’t acceptable.

Modern convenience close to everything and most importantly the chairlift. Great facilities. Lovely staff.

Amazing location, can’t get any better! Free wifi, location to ski lifts. The spa was brilliant. Lock up rooms for our ski gear and dry room so convenient. Just a brilliant location and rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Some staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Others were a bit grumpy and shouldn’t be on the front desk serving people. The music from the DJ some nights under our room was terrible, when they had a live band it was great. We didn’t mind that it went till late when it was good. It was very pricy, but to be expected for ski in and ski out. Overall, hard to find a negative - if being really picky some shelves in the bedrooms were dusty. Overall it was acceptable.
