They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am so this was a big plus.Service top notch as always.Bed comfort can not be beat.The breakfast is delicious ,big variety.The room was clean and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities and air conditioning.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.They have wide facilities like also have gym,club and bar facility along with you can also order japanese food..thanks ti skycity to make my stay wonderful

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.By far the best experience of staying at a hotel. Everything was perfect from rooms to location to staff... Everything was undoubtedly the best. If you're looking for a good hotel in gurugram go for this one. Budget friendly too 10 on 10 for The Sky city hotel

Nothing was working there even the telephone was not working we had to call them through our personal phone after that jacuzzi was not working. It just spoiled our day. fridge was not working the whole day went calling someone to rectify something.
