The reservation staff could be more considerate to the requests of the guests when making bookings. The access to rooms (especially the one not going through reception) could be improved. I went to my car in the morning and when I came back none of the doors could open for me. I had to go to the security to call reception to assist with the opening.

used this as stop over point between long haul flight and headed out on Safari. Location was nice and quite, spa & massages great and reasonable priced. Service & food quality in restaurant areas was great. Beautiful room next to the pool. Relaxing 1.5 days.

Rooms are outdated, moled in the showers very dusty furniture. Definitely not 5 Star. Service is good however in terms of rooming it requires alot of improving

We had a fantastic 2 day stop over between our Safari and flying out to the Seychelles. We are learner golfers and had a great 9 holes helped by a caddie. Resort felt safe, tidy and clean. Helpful staff and good food. The hotel as organised a taxi into Sandton and to the airport for our flight out. Really pleased
