University Manor Inn

Due to something which has led to heavy bookings downtown for Buffalo for last night, established as long as 60 days ago, we had to find and settle for this "dump". Sevices were spare to none, fixtures were missing, bathtubs were badly caulked, paint was peeling off the wall in spots and the veneers on room furniture were becoming unhinged. Any interaction with the manager was on the outside of the building. He sat behind plexiglass and met our needs and requests through a security drawer similar to what you would find at a drive-in bank teller. In short a rather unplesant (but expected) experience.

The location was close to the University it was great and the proximity to shopping is also good.

The motel itself is very low class. The beds could be upgraded. One of the beds makes a lot of squeaking noise just being on it is very annoying.

Great place, clean, excellent location. I was a little worried reading the reviews but this rate, pretty high yet, was all I could afford on town. But I had no problems. Clean, safe stay; no inkling of any problem like other people said.

Went up to the room, pulled back the comforter and seemed like the bed sheets werent replaced. You could clearly tell that sheet was previously used and was not changed. We went down to the desk stating we had a family emergency back at home. The lady that was working the 3-11 shift said to call in the morning and ask about a partial refund since we were only there for an hour. We called on the morning of 7/25/24 and asked about the partial refund and they denied us of it because we were there for an hour.

Loud music, people walking around back and forth

It was convenient for me visiting my son who lives just down the road. Also within walking distance of store and places to eat was nice.

The room was fairly dirty walls dirty need painted very bad bed sheets had stains not very clean but serves the purpose.

No breakfast, not the cleanist and air cond. Wasn't working. Bed was old and refrigerator. Was dirty
