The area is quiet and clean. There’s plenty of parking, so that’s never an issue. It’s right on the waterfront near a beautiful beach. It’s also convenient to drive to other beaches nearby.

The hotel only owns about 10–15 rooms, and almost all of them are on the ground floor — the rest are privately owned by the building owner. Most likely, you’ll be staying on the first floor, where there’s little to no direct sunlight. At the front desk, they simply hand you the keys; any other issues have to be handled over the phone. During our 7-day stay, our room was never cleaned even once. We asked them to combine our two reservations (7 days + 3 days), but the manager still moved us to a different room. On top of that, we had to keep calling them ourselves for updates, even though they promised to keep us informed. As a result, we had to pack all our luggage in the middle of our vacation and keep everything in the car until check-in time. The soundproofing is VERY poor — you can even hear normal conversations through the walls. For this price, I’d honestly recommend renting a condo from a private owner in the same complex rather than booking through the hotel.

The room itself was clean and the Wi-Fi was reliable. That’s genuinely it.

We stayed under two consecutive back-to-back bookings. Before arrival we messaged the property via Booking asking whether we could remain in the same room across the two reservations to avoid moving. At check-in we asked the front desk the same question. The answer both times was that they didn’t know and that we needed to call a separate phone number (not the front desk) 1–2 days before the first booking ended. I called that number on time, as instructed. I was told they’d "work on it" and call me back the next day. No one called. I had to call again, re-explain the entire situation from scratch, and was then told no — we had to move rooms. We packed everything, loaded it into our car, and had to drive around with all our luggage for the day because no reasonable person on vacation is going to sit in a parking lot for hours waiting for the next check-in window. This is the opposite of "seamless" — and it was a problem the property knew about a week in advance and did nothing useful with. The second room was a significant downgrade despite our explicit request for a quiet, comfortable location. We were placed on the ground floor, roughly 10 meters from the property entrance, right next to the lobby. Cars drove past day and night, disturbing sleep. Dense vegetation outside the windows blocked nearly all natural light during the day. The room felt closed-in and noisy at the same time. The sound insulation in this unit was not just poor — it was genuinely shocking. We could hear every word from the neighboring unit clearly, even when they were speaking normally. Every sneeze, every movement, every plastic bag rustle. We didn’t have neighbors in the first room, so this was a new and unpleasant discovery in the second.

La ubicación, la piscina y el trato con el poco personal que nos encontramos.

Casi nos comen los mosquitos en el apartamento y , literalmente, se nos meten en la maleta. Entiendo que es normal la abundancia, pero no creo que fuésemos las primeras personas que vivimos esa situación. Creo que, al menos, podrían intentar hacer algo o usar algún producto para ahuyentarlos. En los 3 días que estuvimos en el lugar, nadie vino a limpiar ni a cambiar nada. Al menos podrían avisar de esta circunstancia en algún sitio para considerarlo y decidir si queremos un lugar con estas características.

De locatie was schoon en eigenlijk precies wat je nodig hebt wanneer je de hele dag onderweg bent.

De kamer was een beetje donker, de douche niet heel krachtig.

La struttura è adeguata al posto. Andremmo forse secondo me , un pochino smodernizzata
