I liked the breakfast. The location is perfect for me to walk to KCC.

The gym facilities were good. However, it was rather too hot in there. Increasing natural air circulation therein would be useful.

The hotel was within a short walking distance of the convention center, so it was very convenient for me as I was traveling for work. Staff were nice and friendly.

The rooms were very old and my room, including the bathroom, looked over the hotel restaurant so it was very awkward. I did not feel comfortable keeping the window shades open. Breakfast at the hotel could have been better, but there was plenty of fruit so it was ok.

Pool, safe and walkable neighborhood, large rooms. A/C

Indifferent staff who did not readily offer help. Tiles everywhere are so slippery when it rains (frequently), although staff work to dry them off.

I was given a room very far away in spite of the hotel having rooms available

It was very nice one week stay. Spacious rooms. Very good location if your target is convention centre but also 10 mins by taxi to the city centre. Excellent restaurant with rich food menu.
