Hotel Baja

Bed was SO hard it felt like we were sleeping on the ground. We both even left with bruised shoulders and ribs from it. Also the entire bottom corner of the bed was covered in old blood. Only on one corner but it was definitely a large spot! No elevator and no restaurant, bar of any of the things listed on posting. Once I found the office, the lady was very sweet!

You definitely get what you pay for. No grills hotel, extremely run-down. At the last minute, one of my friends had an extra room at a much better place, so I stayed there. However, I wasn't able to get a refund since it was the day of check-in. I would never stay here now that I know what it truly looks on the inside.

I reserved 2 rooms, one King bed room, and another 2 queen beds. I had even called when making the reservation to let them know the second room is for my kids, so I'd like to be near them. Was told no problem. When I checked in, they just had print outs of reservations, and couldn't even find by 2nd reservation. She finally found it, and gave me 1 room on 2nd floor, 1 on 3rd floor. Both were 2 queen beds, When I went back down to let her know I need a King bed, she said they don't have that. Super annoying to have the wrong room. Rooms are very basic, kind of gross, but serve their purpose for a place to sleep. I will never stay here again, that's for sure.

El hotel en general esta bien , restaurante 8 am nunca lo encontre abierto. Playa el mirador cerca, muy centrico a varias areas en 10 min en carro ya estabas en el malecon

It was pretty much what you would.expect for the price. Good for a quick trip.

Reception staff very nice. Hotel needs lots of work. Swimming pool was dirty .

The hotel was in poor shape, they provided us with two remotes for the televisions, neither worked. Management told us they would replace them, but never did. Rooms were dingy, absolutely no artwork or photos on the walls. The vertical blinds were broken and nonfunctional. There were no hand towels, wash cloths. This hotel at one time must have had some amenities as there were skeletons of old bars and possibly a lounge. This property is run down and poorly run. We won't return.
