This hotel was arranged by my travel agent. Love every aspect of it. The food served in the hotel was exceptional. Ramu the restaurant captain can suggest the best food for you. I will definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in this hotel from the 6th to the 8th Sept and had a truly memorable experience. A special mention to Mr. Anbu, who went out of his way to decorate our room beautifully for a birthday celebration , it was such a special moment and made the occasion extra special. The restaurant staff also deserve the appreciation for their warm hospitality and exemplary service. We would also like to thank the front desk staff for their support. Their suggestions on what to see and do in Hampi helped us make the most of our time. The pool was big and nice. There is a gaming room with a play station. Gym needs an overhaul. While the property could benefit from a bit of refurbishment, the exceptional service provided by the staff makes up for it. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we are grateful to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Four of us stayed at Royal Orchid at the end of August. From Check-in onwards the Staff were most accomdative and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. Housekeeping ensured we didn't lack for anything and kept our rooms tidy and clean. Food was outstanding whether a-la-carte or Buffet. Well made and tasty food and extensive buffets made our stay memorable. The Restaurant/catering staff were attentive and provided service with a smile. They ensured we had some fruit and sandwiches to carry with us for our drive back. Thank you! Rooms were large, quite soundproof and with comfortable beds and good A/C too. Parking space was large and safe. Wash basin taps were a little difficult to handle and at times water gushed out with force wetting the surroundings.

I am not satisfied with the room service and room cleaning during my stay. The service was delayed and the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I expected better maintenance and attention to detail from the hotel. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your service for future guests.

We were delighted to receive 2 complimentary nights from Royal Orchid Hotel, and we chose to celebrate our anniversary there. To our surprise, the room was beautifully decorated—it truly made our day extra special. A big thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality and thoughtful arrangements. Everything was so well taken care of, and the experience was truly unforgettable. It was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Thank you JADHAV JI for making our celebration so memorable!

Good service by staff and best hotel in the hospet. We are staying almost seven days in this hotel. Food is best. Thank you.

Mr Shankar Dutta, GM is an excellent human being with extraordinary skills. His warm and hospitality has really won my heart. Mr Abhimanyu, Mr Laxmikant and Mr Sourav extended great warmth and care at restaurant. Notwithstanding Kartik and his team provided exceptional house keeping services & ensured proper hygiene and sanitation. Mayadhar has polite disposition. Variety of cuisine under Mr Judhajit Ghosh were awesome. Gopal and Manirul served the food as per my medical restrictions. The cheerfulness and professionalism of Mr Javed, Ms Susmita, Nagaratna and others at reception made me feel great on my arrival. The entire staff made me feel much more than my home. Stay was good and comfortable. No issue faced in check in check out. Cleaning was good and Mr.Vivek das was always available to help you.

The location of the hotel is good. The executive suite was quite spacious with a bedroom, living room, balcony, and 2 washrooms. The room offered the city view which was ok. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were courteous and prompt. The only con with the hotel was that it needed some remodelling like in the washrooms, swimming pool, etc. Otherwise good place to stay.
