Situated in Hospet and about 30 mins from Hampi. Check in and Check out experiences are smooth. Arriving there earlier, the Hotel lets to do an early Check In. The rooms are clean and decently appointed, although they are old rooms. Very spacious and well kept. The Bathroom is old and not well cleaned. Housekeeping does its job. The pool is acceptable with some timings in place for the pool usage. They have a coffee shop downstairs which has breakfast and dinner buffets. The food, in all honesty, is not very good and poor in options. Overall staff is courteous and reasonably helpful.

Wonderful place to stay. Only one problem is no accommodation/facility provided for the driver. Driver has to go out and stay in another lodge for additional expenses.... Except that stay was good...

Bathroom was not clean. House keeping was not responsive. We asked for a bucket and mug, they never turned up.

if you want a comfortable room, a pool, good location and reasonable price, this is the place. Nice boutique for quality gifts. It is not perfect but they try hard.

Room quality was ok. Hotel facilities are disappointing. There is nothing closeby, so it is only good if you just want to sleep over. Food quality was also ok. Internet quality in the room is not very good. The hotel overall certainly needs a facelift.

buffet lunch and dinner on a higher side.

No way is this hotel a 4 star. Only room was nice and clean but service and restaurant was bad. Room amenities are very poor. No tissue paper, 2 tiny packets of coffee and no hair dryer even if asked. We booked for 3 people but we had to ask for all necessary amenities for our child. No hot water one evening and we had to call to get it fixed and wasted almost 1 hour for hot water to appear. Restaurant servers are very eager to clear your plates even before you finish. Maybe to discourage you from taking second helpings from the buffet. Dinner buffet was terrible. Breakfast buffet was good only for Indian items. Continental items were bland. Pool has too many pigeons about with feathers floating.

Nice place to stay with family for anyone visiting Hampi.

On th first day there was a smell in the bathroom.
