Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. "Terrible would never stay there again, its like a 60 dollar a night Motel"

it was all Bad

one bed was dirty we asked to have it changed and they brought new sheets in a garbage bag and dropped at our door. Shower was dirty No soap, we had to go down and ask for it

"We were a little disappointed, so we decided to leave early and travel to another city."

Breakfast was good. Location to downtown attractions was good.

Our adjoining neighbors were extremely loud and definitely smoking marijuana, so we had to sleep with our tv on and a towel showed under the adjoining door to limit the smell. We were unable to move rooms as we were told that the bottom floor was sold out and nothing upstairs was clean.

Location was convenient

Booked a King suite and was moved to a double queen room. Upon arrival the toilet lid was disconnected from the toilet. We had several stained towels and a stained pillowcase

We were charged 4X for 2 rooms, although credited 2x which I later saw on my credit card bill. I don't know why that happened ! There was mold on the ceiling which I pointed out to staff. Also, at one point our door wouldn't lock. We waited hours for that to be repaired and had to miss meeting others for a planned event. For the mold and our inconvenience I thought we were going to be credited for our Friday night stays. We were there 3 nts. Wednesday-- Friday nts. and paid for 2 rooms. I would like to be reimbursed for Friday nt. 2 rooms. Thanks.

The pool was nice and the room wasn’t bad, but my account has been charged multiple times for the same night! Not once, but twice this happened. It happened yesterday and I noticed another duplicate charge today.

Two days in a row now I have been double charged for the same night. Yesterday they reversed the charge immediately. We came home today and I noticed my account was charged twice….again…. now they are “investigating” the duplicate charge. They sure don’t mind taking the money out of your account quickly, but this second go around they are dragging their feet getting my money back to me.
