Quality Inn

Breakfast was fine, but I prefer bacon instead of sausage.

There was 3 of us and there was only 2 bath towels. No hand towels and No wash clothes in the room. When we ask for them, we would only get 2 wash clothes 1 hand towel. Need to make sure you have those for the amount of people in the room.

Great views and great breakfast and great location. You could walk to everything in Helen and we did walk to the Oktoberfest

The bed isn't super comfortable and the towels are stained

The towels smell clean but didn't look clean and the smell of the room mess with my allergies.

Room wasn't very clean including small bugs on the floors and under toilet rim was not clean. Management is not inspecting rooms after housekeeping finishes preparing rooms. Even stairs to second floor were not swept.

Clean and location

The location was excellent. Hot breakfast in the mornings was really good. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean

The walls were thin, we could hear the man next door snoring loudly.

Location and the bad odor / uncleanliness of room If I could give a worse review..I would. Got there to check I and was not happy with location at top of hill due to we both have bad knees. Asked about canceling so we could get down closer to be able to go in and out easier to walk around short trips without having to drive up and down the hill. He said I'd need to pay for 1 night since it was past the cancelation time. (When reserving room ..they should let you know it's on top of hill for people that are disabled). He then preceded to show me a room (next to housekeeping). So the lobby was bad enough with bad odor...he opened the door to this room and I got an even worse odor. The bed looked like they had just pulled the covers up after the last guests. Why should you have to be obligated to have to pay for something this bad? I was so frustrated..I left. By 9 that evening...they had put the charge for both days on my card..then sent me a text asking if I was checking in soon. I responded with no. Also asked about getting my money back. They did finally refund $107... I don't feel I should have to pay for even the 1st night due to the fact that it was so smelly and dirty. How was I to know that when booking online. ? I should not have to be punished and pay for a room that was that filthly..
