La ubicación me permitió estar cerca de los 2 lugares que tenía que visitar. El desayuno bien en todo sentido, buena atención del personal.

Pedí una cama individual y me dieron una con 2 camas. Es obvio que no me sirve así. Posteriormente, me cambiaron a una habitación con una cama, el problema fue que estaba a un lado del gimnasio y era imposible descansar. Me apoyaron con otra habitación de doble cama. Bien la respuesta del personal. Es importante que cumplan lo que ofrecen, de otra forma, que no lo ofrezcan.

Nada en especial, es un hotel común y corriente, como otro del rango de precio.

El personal de recepción muy mala atención, y es la primera vez que me piden los INE de toda la familia, lo iba a negar, pero los traíamos todos, que pésimo esto de pedir INE. Los meseros del domingo en la mañana, de malas y no me levantaban los platos sucios (muertos como le dicen en su argot)

La atención en recepción es muy buena.

No tiene una tienda pequeña en el hotel para cosas básicas y los oxxos no están tan cerca.
