Awesome pool and location

The food, can improve a lot

Our family of 16 flew back home to Australia today after our 10 night stay at the Bali Mandira, Legian. We all loved the location, right on the beach, stunning sunsets. All the staff were very friendly, super helpful, gorgeous and humble, couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Thank you to Ari, our suite cleaner, Chandon at the Azul bar, Reception staff and many more. The rooms were spacious with amazing showers, who doesn’t love a rock garden rainshower. We will definitely be coming back! Oh, and when you stay there, you must treat yourself to one of the many treatments at the Spa, it’s magical.

The experience at this establishment was amazing, from the moment we arrived to when we checked out! The staff go above and beyond, they are friendly, helpful, and always made sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. It’s a very clean retreat with wonderful breakfast and amazing pools! Diani and Gita were exceptionally helpful and made our experience easy going, they always greeted us every time we passed and made conversation. All of the staff here are lovely, as well as the rooms and amenities!

Het personeel! Vooral Tri en Ayu hebben ons zeer fijn geholpen, maar iedereen was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam!

Bij aankomst bleek dat we een bovenkamer hadden waarnaast werd verbouwd. Veel geluidsoverlast. We kregen een andere kamer (upgrade) die we zeer waardeerden.

Service was excellent

The room and facilities are very old, and the entire resort really needs renovation. The pool water is too cold and should be heated to be comfortable for kids. The pool tiles feel sharp and could cause injury. The room looks dated and damp, and the shower tap splashes water everywhere. The bath rub also feels very old and not properly clean. Because the shower area is open, it’s easy for mosquitoes to get into the room, and there were a lot of them during our stay.
