Arrived for breakfast at 8.10 and very little options available. No orange juice,no scrambled eggs

Impossible de me garer sur place alors que j'avais spécifié une place de parking dans la réservation Il y avait un mariage marocain le 1er soir Je n'ai pu dormir qu'avec des somnifères vu le bruit Le 2e jour encore un mariage... Le 3e le resto était plein le parking aussi Le 4e soir la rue adjacente était pleine comme le parking : 15mn de marche Je suis déçu de ne pas avoir été informé des mariages Je descends toujours dans des 4 étoiles ou +, je suis très désappointé

Le personnel était aux petits soins et l'accueil chaleureux. Le cadre est sympathique

C'est le genre d'hôtel où on se sent comme chez soi. L'accueil avec le personnel aux petits soins est juste top. Le cadre est très beau avec une vue splendide sur Saint-Étienne. Et la cuisine est juste excellente. Je reviendrai sans faute, rien que pour le petit déj'. Encore merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.

Good: clean, very quiet after the restaurant closes (if you are above it as we were), good restaurant for dinner, adequate free parking, the breakfast was good enough, and the location is in a secure residential neighborhood. Good internet, but a clumsy login process that only allowed one device per registered email address, and after a while, when logging in, it said another device was already logged in, which wasn’t true.

Not good: incredibly smelly scented plug-ins everywhere throughout the hotel. In the hallways, in the restaurant. The only reason there wasn’t one in our room was because I sent them a message requesting that these (and other) offensive smelly things are not to be used. The use of terrible smelly laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and scented plug-ins seem to be endemic in France on this trip. There is a massively large TV in each of the dining rooms, tuned to world news - so you can only image the images. At dinner we had to ask them to turn it off while we ate, as it totally dominated the dining experience. The TV’s were on with the news - and sound - also at breakfast. Why TV in a nice restaurant? And does anyone really need more news? Can’t we be allowed to eat in peace and simply be with our dining companion.
