Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ozark

Great staff very friendly.

The pool was not active dirty. The breakfast was average at best. I asked to be put on top floor so i could have a quiet room i had extremely loud neighbors slamming doors vocally loud etc. Grrr

I liked that the rooms were clean and the property was very kid friendly.

It was under construction but I understand that is what it takes to upgrade the experience.

Dusty with construction, pillows were old and hard same with mattress hard and worn continental breakfast plastic cups unusable all were stuck hard, paper plates were hard to separate as well, in the bathroom towel racks had wood boxes with sharp corners as getting out of shower and getting towel almost hit by head on wood corner of towel rack, bathroom sink faucet did not match sink hard to wash hands cause faucet so far back. Will not be back at that hotel in Ozark, was never told in advance to expect construction.

I have stayed here many times. Always clean rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have never had a problem here.

The convenience of the location and the manager was very sweet

The lady who checked us in had a bad attitude and when I told her there was no reason tonhave an attitude she responded with "I dont have an attitude but I can get one if you like"
