Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ozark

Desk service poor at checkout and room not clean. Found roach on the floor near my bed in the morning. No reaction from the desk at checkout.

Had to travel back and forth to front desk three times from the third floor to get room key card to work. Room lighting not well thought out. No reading lights. Wall to wall continuous mirror with fluorescent lighting strip across the length of the 4’x15’ mirror turned the room into dazzling sunlight at night. No way to read without keeping your partner awake with light. Not enough plugs in walls and hard to find. Had to disconnect microwave to run the coffee maker. No usb ports anywhere. Wasted at least 20 gallons of water trying to get water warm enough to take a shower and the water never did get hot, just warm. Breakfast was continental, not hot. For $90/ night, breakfast was disappointing.

Great location, perfect play area for children

Front desk person was not very friendly, Hot water took at least 10 minutes to heat up.
