Good location, on the beahc and close to all amenities. Easy to walk around.

The room was extremely humid, nothing could dry there, clothes, towels and sheets were humid for a week, with a bad smell in the room. Sheets were dirty and we had to ask several times to get them changed. The team was not friendly and not helpful, we always felt like we were annoying them. Breakfast was okay. General equipment and hotel are very dated.

Leider ist der Pool an mehreren Stellen kaputt und es fehlen Platten oder sind abgebrochen. Man kann sich da schneiden. Sollte dringend renoviert werden. Und mam wirdvom Pier abgeholt aber nach Auschecken wird kein Transport angeboten, man muss zurücklaufen mit allem Gepäck.

Wi-fi doesn't working one of saff told me to turn on hospot ? Its' really really bad I have stayed at many hotels on Koh Tao before, and their Wi-Fi was fast, stable, and easy to connect to. However, your staff claimed that the poor internet was normal because “it’s Koh Tao,” which simply isn’t true. Many hotels on the island provide excellent internet service, but unfortunately yours does not. Please contact your internet technician to investigate and resolve this issue. As for the bed, it seemed like there might have been bed bugs. I felt itchy throughout the night and could barely sleep. Overall, considering the price I paid per night, I do not feel that the hotel provided good value for money.

The pool was lovely and we used it every day. We also loved the location right next to Crystal Dive and the Drift bar. Our son is working there so it was very convenient for us to see him.

The air conditioning was just ok. At night it sometimes felt warm. This is partially due to the fact that we are not used to the extreme heat and humidity.

It’s not worth 4 stars at all. We relocated to different hotel immediately after check in. Reception that we shouldn’t expect the same as on the mainland what we didn’t, but new hotel was also 4 stars and much much better, cleaner and nicer then this one. Later they they told us that management agreed for refund. But via booking.com mail received that they didn’t come to an agreement with the hotel until now. Hopefully they get back to us
