The location was okay about a 10min walk to Sairee beach

The hill up and down the property is abit steep, I asked for an iron 2-3 times however was not given to me, they gave me a broken one instead with celotape on it, I called them to let them know it is not working and if they are able to provide me with another one. I was informed they only have one iron and it is in someone’s room and they are not picking up the phone. How can a hotel with so many rooms only have one iron and no iron board? Anyways I headed out with a creased dress. I called again the next day and the guy said it needs to be collected at reception, I told him he needs to deliver it to my room as I have been asking for a long time and it should have been given to me once they received it, I should not be the one chasing it up. The room was big however the bathroom was very dirty (see pics) honestly made me feel sick - I would not call this a 4 star hotel. The towels are changed after the third day I’d understand if it was a clean hotel and towels should be changed after 2 days. On the last day I asked if someone can help me with my suitcase as there are no lifts, I was told 5 minutes after 15 minutes no1 had arrived so I literally had to drag my suitcase down the stairs.

The rooms were clean. Very friendly staff. Service very good

The man at the pool was amazing and so helpful as we had a baby with us! He was always running around cleaning everything!

No lifts but it kept us fit! Could only get out easily one side of the pool it needs extra steps on the other side!

Not much good about this place.

Our stay here was very disappointing and gave the impression that the property is poorly managed and not well maintained. The staff were not particularly customer-oriented—they seemed tired, disengaged, and not very helpful. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with a very strong gasoline smell. The staff initially claimed it was cleaning detergent, but after spending a few minutes in the room it was clear that the smell was significant and potentially a health concern. We asked to change rooms, but were told that no rooms in our category were available and that an upgrade would cost extra. I also asked about cancelling the reservation at that time, but was told it was non-refundable, despite the booking stating that cancellations would only incur a one-night charge. So we decided to check out the upgrade room, and decided to go for it after seeing that it was better. However, when staff later came to collect our bags, they acknowledged that the smell was in fact gasoline. At that point, they allowed us to stay in the upgraded room without additional charge and informed us we could move back to our original room category the following day when another option would open up. The upgraded room was better, but still not acceptable—it had a noticeable cannabis smell, and the air conditioning was not effective enough to properly cool the room. This was supposed to be one of their premium rooms. The following day, we decided to leave the hotel and contacted Booking.com to request a refund for the unused nights. While Booking.com tried to assist, the hotel refused to issue any refund. We only received partial compensation in the form of Booking.com credits. Overall, the property feels run down, the rooms are in significantly worse condition than shown in the photos, and the level of service is poor. The restaurant was also below average. The only thing that was acceptable was the breakfast—and even that was just okay. I would not recommend staying here.
