Lofos Village Hotel

This was our second stay at Lofos Village. As before Stavros and Elizabeth gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is on the side of a hill facing Chora town with the highest rooms approximately two and a half floors above the swimming pool. All the rooms are semi-detached and double glazed and consequently are very quiet. They are painted white, spacious and very well maintained and designed. There were around 12 hangers in the wardrobe and plenty of shelf and drawer space for clothes. The air-conditioning unit was effective and quiet. The bathroom is small with a shower over the bath. There are great views of Chora town from all the rooms and the swimming pool area. The pool is small and clean and has some shade most of the time. There is a pool bar which is open virtually all day. Breakfast is available but not included in the room tariff. The menu has everything from a full English to toast and jam with each option individually priced. Lunch is also available at the pool bar but we never tried this. There are many excellent restaurants 10 minutes walk away in Chora town for dinner in the evening. To get to the town you walk a 100 metres down quite a steep hill, cross over the road, walk another 100 metres and then you are at the bottom of Chora town with its labyrinth of small alleys, shops, bars and restaurants spreading up the hill. Stavros and Elizabeth are always happy to advise on restaurants, car hire, beaches etc. They also provided transport to and from

I never write reviews but was compelled to after staying at Lofos Village. Elizabeth and Stavros are amazing hosts and the hotel is perfectly located close to everything but quiet in the evenings. The views stunning and the vibe is great. STAY HERE!

The staff is very friendly and do anything they can to help you enjoy your stay. I traveled alone and they took care of me day in and out.I would recommend this hotel for anyone of any age and I will definitely return the next chance i get.

Very lovely hotel kinda secluded. Beautiful sea water pool! Good restaurant and great staff. Awesome stay

Lofos was a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. They provided transportation to and from the ferry port (on time) and told us all of the places we had to see while staying in Ios. It's really close to the main town and near a bus stop where you can ride mylopotas for 1.60 euro. We had no major complaints except that there aren't hair dryers in the rooms!
