"Gone down hill."

The hotel used to be very nice, but maintenance has not kept up. Also out couch and ottoman were covered in stains. May have been from food, may have been from something else. We threw a blanket on there before we were brave enough to sit on it. They also used to have really good pillows...not anymore.

There wasn't a free breakfast with our booking.

The cleanliness of our room. Examples: a dirty sock was left behind by previous occupant, yellowish dried moisture from the bathroom left on the bathroom door, molding sealant in the bathtub, peeling paint from the baseboards. Also the bed was too soft for a comfortable sleep or for sitting on the edge
