"Dirty pool and hot tub ."

"Not real happy."

No food service was available for supper or breakfast. The pub was also closed for renovations. This was not noted on the booking website when I booked. Upsetting because I had eaten there before and liked it. Was literally the reason I chose this hotel.

Bed was too soft. Came away with a sore back.

The Kitchen was down, there was no breakfast so that was disappointing.

The fan and heat wasn't great, too hot or too cold. The heavy drapes didn't close in the centre so I had to move a stool there to keep the curtains from letting light in, I don't like peaks of light when I'm trying to sleep in. It would be nice to have a black face cloth for makeup removal.

"Great value for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Prince George. I would stay there again."

The lobby is very nice. Staff were very friendly although the room was quite small and a bit dark. It was still comfortable.

The air conditioner/heater was quite loud and the bed is more on the soft side than my preference.
